Privacy & Cookies Policy
WorldCup Live · Last updated: June 2026
WorldCup Live (“we”, “us”) is a free live football score tracker for the FIFA World Cup 2026. This page explains what data we use, the cookies and similar technologies we rely on, and the choices you have. We aim to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the requirements of our advertising and analytics partners.
What we collect
- Preferences you set (language, country, IST/local time, followed teams, theme, predictions) are stored on your own device using local storage. They are not sent to us.
- Basic analytics: if you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) with IP anonymisation enabled, to help us improve the app.
- Advertising: if you consent, Google AdSense may set cookies to show ads and limit how often you see the same ad. You can choose non-personalised ads, which use only coarse, non-tracking signals.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use local storage for your settings, and — only after your consent choice — cookies from Google Analytics and Google AdSense. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- On first visit you can choose Accept all (personalised ads) or Non-personalised ads. Both keep the app free.
- You can clear your choice and stored settings any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
- Visit Google Ads Settings to manage ad personalisation across Google.
Children
WorldCup Live is a general-audience sports app and is not directed at children under 13.
Third parties
Live score data is provided by a third-party football data source. Advertising and analytics are provided by Google. Each partner processes data under its own policy; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
